- Reinstate tax exempt status for organizations who have had their status automatically revoked.
- Consultation by phone or e-mail on nonprofit incorporation, tax exemption, boards, bylaws, budgets
At this time I am focusing my nonprofit services to work with homeschool organizations.
If you are not a homeschool organization, I encourage you to seek help from a local CPA firm that specializes in nonprofit organizations.
Fees
Consulting with a nonprofit organization by phone or in person. $75/hour. Prorated for partial hour.
Other fees include:
- 501c3 Application. Form 1023: $850 Form 1023-EZ: $400
- Reinstate revoked tax exempt status: hourly rate approximately 3-6 hours
- Review of self-prepared forms $100/hour
